Thanks everyone for your input! I ran 4.5 miles yesterday to bring my total to 17 miles. I only have 3 more to go! One day I will get to some of your mileage!

@7lenny7 thanks so much for the help! I'm going to plug in my numbers now and figure it out.

Hey everyone, I'm curious to see what you think. I'm still in the process of losing weight, so I was curious to see what you think about the calories Strava says you burn during your run. Do you think they are somewhat accurate? Thanks!

Went to Orangetheory last night and got another 1.5 miles in. So that totals 12.5 miles. 7.5 miles to go. I think I'm going to go for a 4 mile run today. Maybe I'll stretch it to 4.5 so that will leave me three miles in 3 days. I think I got that! I love seeing all of your totals. It is amazing. I'm going to try to…

Got a mile in of running today at Orangetheory. Total of 11. 9 more to go!

I've exercised my whole life. I really can't imagine not doing it. Sometimes I walk, sometimes I run, sometimes I swim...it really all depends on what I feel like doing. However, since November I've been doing Orangetheory and although the weight loss has been a bit slow, I went on Spring Break this week and played a lot…

I went away last week for our Spring Break. I logged only two miles of running, but I did play a lot of golf! So as of 3/14: 2.0 miles for a total of 10. Got to log 10 more miles by the end of the month! Here we go!

Yikes, I am joining this late! I want to set a goal of 20 miles. I've done 8 so far. I am new to running, and I plan on registering for Disney's Princess half marathon next year, so any advice would be greatly appreciated! The race is February of 2018, so I am just looking to build on miles right now.

Yeah, I am leaning towards not counting it, but vacation leads to extra calories, so I was just curious. I plan on running out there, so I'll count that. Thanks!

I'm 5'8 and I started at 187.4. I'm down to 172 now, but I am looking to be at 145, so 27 more pounds! Feel free to add me.

Thanks so much! I'll have to download an app for it. I have been using the exercising app on the watch.

I am just curious to see how you are doing with your scoliosis? Are you not able to get the surgery to correct it? I had scoliosis surgery when I was 12. I had a "C" curvature that was about 55 degrees and getting worse so they said it needed correcting. Now this was back in 1995, and I have a lot more things in me than I…

I started Orangetheory Fitness the weekend after Thanksgiving. I have been going 3-4 times a week almost every week since then, but have found that the weight is just starting to come off. The scale is extremely frustrating because I am fitting into clothes that I wore when I was 12 pounds less. Also, I am the same way…

My husband and I are going to Ruth Chris for dinner. I will try to get a nice walk in before we go so I have some extra calories I can use tonight. Happy Valentine's Day, everyone!

Way to go! I started at 187, and I am the same height as you. My goal is 145. Thanks for showing me what it looks like!

I grew up a competitive swimmer. I had visible abs from all the workouts I was doing since I was 5. I maintained a healthy 135, at 5'8", and I mainly ate what I wanted, but I definitely put in the work with turns because you use your stomach muscles the most when making a flip turn, and imagine doing a 6,000 yard workout…

I have been up and down on the scale more times than I care to remember. The biggest problem for me, as most have said, is that once you hit your goal, you stop trying so hard. I lost my weight a few times with Weight Watchers, but then I stopped counting my points, and stopped caring. I would eat whatever I wanted,…

I am with you! I lost inches and fitting into clothes I wasn't before I started Orangetheory Fitness, but the scale wasn't moving. However, now, two months into it, I have lost 11 pounds. I was confused as to why I wasn't losing weight either, as Orangetheory are HIIT workouts, but I just stuck with it, and now the weight…

So awesome! I love the gloves! I was never one to join a class. I liked going to the gym and doing my own thing. I would get on the elliptical and zone out, but in November, right after the dreaded Thanksgiving dinner, my friend talked me into joining Orangetheory Fitness, and I fell in love after the first class. I…

Awesome! I am following the same path with my weight loss. I started Jan. 2nd, and have lost 11 pounds as of this morning. It's an incredible feeling! Keep up the good work!

I am! Any help would be so appreciated!

I'm looking to lose 35 lbs! I have a weight loss challenge coming up next week at Orangetheory Fitness, so I am here to track my calories and hopefully lose a good percentage of my body weight. The winner gets $2500, so I am going to need some support on here too! We can keep each other motivated. Good luck!
