Maybe it's time for a diet break? Take your calories back to maintenance for a couple of weeks and let your body adjust to them. Then create a deficit again.
-
Don't eat exercise. Your workouts improve your deficit thus getting you to your goals faster.
-
Yes. The micronutrient density of foods will ultimately aid your health but losing weight is as simple as energy input vs output.
-
Definitely! You might be adding in excess of 3-400 more calories if you don't track them.
-
Which ever milk you like best.
-
If you feel the need for a cheat day them low carb is probably not for you. Why go low carb if you enjoy them? Work out your macros and incorporate the foods you like it's a much more sensible way than killing six days worth of a deficit.
-
You have to eat clean to lose weight. LOL.

I wouldn't worry too much about what the scales say as your weight will change daily depending on water, sodium etc. I recommend tracking your progress by weekly picture. Go off what the mirror tells you rather than the numbers on the floor.

It's a scam don't bother with it.

The charge hr from fitbit is their best selling product of all time. It's a simple, no nonsense fitness tracker that's really user friendly. As with all bands if you're weightlifting they won't accurately track your HR and you'll need a heart strap but for cardio this a very inexpensive and popular tracker.
-
Try and consume a big portion of your carbs at night it may help you sleep through.
-
May I ask what it is you're struggling with? Is it sticking to a 'diet'... Exercise or something else?... People don't need pushing when they enjoy what they're doing so what's putting you off?
-
Firstly we need to know your weight height and calorie intake. Also how active you are. Then we can work out what intake you should be consuming.
-
They are safe. There used to be one called jack3d that contained meth and after the death of a young girl I think the authorities cracked down on industry a bit. A popular one I hear all the time is C4. Personally I don't take them I prefer good old coffee! If you can't get a big enough hit from it try espresso
