Hi! I'm 21 years old and I'm looking to lose a stone. I'm 9, 3 lbs at the moment and wanting to be 8, 3 lbs which is my comfortable weight. I've decided to stick to a 12,000 calorie a day diet & work out for 45 mins every day. Any advice on how effective / ineffective this may be?
Thank you!
Thank you!

Hello I'm going to save you a lot of hassle here. Go on Google and type in IIFYM or go on YouTube and look at it. Do your research and welcome to the good life0

1200 is likely too low for you. Perhaps you are very petite....but you're not elderly. 1200 is a popular number because many people want to lose all their weight yesterday.
But aggressive weight loss makes it harder for your body to support existing lean muscle mass. Lowering your body fat % is healthy weight loss. Lean muscle is firm.....you want to hang on to that. Make sure you meet protein goals, eat enough calories overall and strength train....not just cardio.1
