I don't log salt but I do log pretty much everything else, including spices as they can add up. I track vegetables because I want to hit my fiber quota, and I track my vitamins cause they're 35cal a day. If I have a single bit of something I won't log it if it's too complicated or inconvenient in the moment.

I'm not discounting his exercises, and I continue to do them, but the cost is becoming an issue for me. If you don't have the money, you don't have the money, you know? I will look into the insoles you recommended though. Thank you.

I don't. Mine are caused by tight/shortened calves. I guess I'm unusual.

I tend to log those things as weight training, strength training, or calisthenics (there is a low and high intensity option). It seems to work for me - even if it isn't precise.

I'm super short - 4'10.5" This is last month - I lost 35 lbs almost 6 years ago. The nugget is my nephew.
