Discovered a chicken satay recipe in a low carb cookbook, it’s gorgeous and I eat it quite a bit

Have a proper plan, which doesn’t involve the word normal. Most that pile it back on go back to type, have great results then wonder why it goes back on then the eat a more ‘normal’ diet, normal generally means normal to you I.e what you’ve always done (and what got most people me included needing to cut cals in the first…

Fitting back into some of my favourite clothes that have been in the ‘too snug’ category for a while. Also had some clothes delivered that I ordered a size down and all fit!

You've made a great start, getting off the sofa!! Nothing wrong with run/walk, just aim to walk a bit less, run a bit more each time. Don't stress yourself about it, just improve gradually. I always find starting the hardest bit, good luck.

I'm in, did no alcohol and lower carbs earlier in the year and felt great. A couple of holidays later and I'm ready for another break

Loose skin is a concern of mine, if it happens I'll take care of it, but I won't not lose weight from fear of it

Fee free to add, good luck with the toning up

I think a big carb loaded meal can encourage a little water retention on occasion, so it can look like you have added a pound or so but it will soon drop off again. Agree with most people above unlikely a meal can add any real weight unless it's some kind of man vs food type meal

I use Strava for running and cycling

Agree with the above, good advice as far as I can tell. Start low and keep adding the weight. Concentrate on form, and look to include compound lifts rather than just focussing on specific body parts

Great work, I have lost 22 of the 50 pounds id like to get rid of, low carb VLC diet. Weekdays are fine as being busy at work keeps my mind off food etc weekends are tougher, appreciate any advice and tips from any experts out there. Anybody can feel free to add me

I've had a few T-Shirts for years that I refused to throw away because 'they'll fit one day'. And they finally fit - it's a shame they are now massively dated, but at least I'll get rid for the right reasons

1 - the more weight I lose the bigger clothes addiction I have 2- I'm addicted to chillies, putting them in all my food at the minute 3- can't sleep and I really need an early night, have an early start tomorrow

I'm following the Blood sugar diet. Why:- - Get my Blood sugar down and get off meds, been T2D for over 5 years, and it's been getting progressively worse - To look better, been lifting weights for 4 or 5 months but diet is key to actually seeing them! - Get energy levels up - To reduce Wieght/BMI for the health benefits

Hard work clearly paying off, big difference
