Let me start by saying I am not quite at my goal yet... but I have just recently found a couple of older photos from 2 years ago before I started this Journey that have just left me gobsmacked at my own progress!
So I thought I would share in the hopes of encouraging someone else in their own journey, if I can do it, anyone can!
So these photos are just less than 2 years apart.. and 35kg (77lb)difference!

hey darlin, Thank you, and as for advice... I say take one day at a time, If its a bad day - so be it, tomorrow will be better, I have had plenty of bad days but as long as the majority are good ones, success will come! And also I love to cook so for me it's been really fun experimenting with food to make things yummy and healthy!0 -
