It motivates the *kitten* out of me lol I feel accomplished when I close all of my rings for the day. I also am competitive so sharing with other folks makes me want to beat their activity every day lol

Feel free to add me! Looking for motivation with Apple Watch users... message me for email since it looks like MFP is taking them all out of the comments :-/

Glad to know someone has the same weird mindset as me lol but this app/community is pretty amazing. You guys definitely keep me on my toes. I'm proud to say I have lost about 3 lbs since this post. And I probably should have mentioned I was doing low-carb so maybe that's why I felt so bad about it lol thanks to everyone…

Maybe make it a thing between you too to sit down and find out what's on sale in your area every week and try a recipe with one new vegetable a week? Do you have an Aldi in your area? Their produce is usually always cheap. I'm an extremely picky eater as well so I feel his pain. Don't harp on him bc that only makes it…

I've struggled with weight all my life. I've always been a "big girl". I can't ever remember weighing less than 165lbs. I'm 29, 5'8", had my first child last year in June, and weighed in at a whopping 245 lbs when I went into labor. I've lost 22.6 lbs so far this year (33 total) and refuse to give up until I can get back…

This. Is. Amazing. Congratulations to you! So inspiring. Definitely something to be proud of! I admire you and I don't even know you! Thank you for taking the time to post this and for putting your story, and yourself, out there for everyone.

When sweating "feels good" instead of "fat and gross". When you can pull your jeans straight out of the dryer and they fit loosely instead of like a hot body wrap.

Oh this makes me so happy lol congratulations to you. I think the best part is that you took a bad situation and turned it in to something good. I also love that it's not about him anymore and that you are doing this for you!!! I love it!

Congratulations! I love that you set small goals to see the big picture! So inspiring!

Oh man! I'm having one of those days today. I had donuts for breakfast and subway for lunch. Glad to know I'm not alone.

It's overwhelming at times but you have to believe in yourself. I'm 29 and a year out from having my first child. I look at it as if, it took me 29 years to "get this way", it's not going to fall off overnight. Patience - something I have very little of with a very independent one year old - is a lot of it. lol Set small…

Same here! I set an alarm on my phone to get up and walk around every hour (doesn't always happen but I try.) I take the stairs several times a day - going to the bathroom downstairs instead of the one next to my office and I walk the parking garage twice at lunch. I have a one year old so by the time I get home, get him…

I use the Xiaomi for band 2 but I can't get an accurate step count onto MFP. I synced it through Apple Health app since it doesn't sync directly to MFP but the steps on the watch itself never match the steps that are synced to MFP. I do not believe it accounts for cycling and/or swimming either.

Update: I added more food to breakfast this morning which pushed my lunch out a little later which kept me a little more satisfied throughout the day. I was still pretty hungry by dinner time but I wasn't ravenous. And I also had more veggies tonight at dinner and was able to walk 4miles today. Thanks again everyone!!!

I think it depends on the clothes... I have been wearing a size 16, lost 21 lbs, and now I can wear anything from an 18 to a 12. :-/ Sorry, I know that's not real helpful, but it sure was nice to see myself back in a 12 again lol
