Looking forward to the results of others. I'm at least 40 pounds (and some significant recomp) away from losing mine and that's after I've lost more than 40 pounds below my prepregnant weight. I was huge before I got pregnant. My highest weight was in the second level of obese for my height, and I'm now overweight for my height.0

You can add me and we can lose ours together I just lost the weight from my pregnancy with my 1 year old and I'm almost down to prepregnancy weight from my 3 year old, then I have to lose the weight I put on when I met my husband. I've lost around 45lbs and have another 15-20lbs left it's not easy but we can definitely do it!!4

Mum of a two year old here. I went from about 160lb (I think - I didn't weigh myself at my highest weight) to 126lb in just about 12 months. I didn't do anything particularly special, just calorie deficit boosted by running and, more recently, bodyweight routine (You Are Your Own Gym app). I have a bit of loose skin but other than that I'm basically in the best shape I've ever been in! And if I can do it, anyone can

Hi! I'm the mom of a 2 year old and I've been on MFP since February I've lost 30 pounds so far which is almost 10 pounds under my pre-pregnancy weight. I have another 12ish to meet my ultimate goal. It's possible to get fit and get your body back just focus on what you can do today and try to stay positive. I took lots of photos along the way to help me stay motivated. Feel free to add me as a friend I'm pretty active on here and love having any extra support.
The best part hasn't been necessarily the weight loss but the fitness gains. I love being able to have the energy for my son, now instead of him wearing me out, I wear him out!4 -
You might ask Duamutef , he's in charge of mummy tummys.

I'm not doing anything special besides breastfeeding as much and for as long as my little person needs. Oh and I wear her in a wrap or carrier for a couple of hours most days a week.1 -

I decided to try and shift the weight when my son turned 1 in April 16, he is now 2 and i've lost the baby weight and more. I'm back to what I weighed when I was 18 ( I am 31) but most importantly I am the fittest I have ever been with a resting heart rate of 50bpm. I have a new passion for hiking, running and swimming and my family have changed their lifestyles for the better as a result. Progress all round.

4 babies in 5 years, so my weight went crazy! Started to work it off in February 2016, (my last delivery was September 2015, so I waited a couple months)

So yes, I've lost 105 pounds, with four kids 7 and under. This new lifestyle was the best thing I've ever done for myself and my family!10 -
I've struggled with weight all my life. I've always been a "big girl". I can't ever remember weighing less than 165lbs. I'm 29, 5'8", had my first child last year in June, and weighed in at a whopping 245 lbs when I went into labor. I've lost 22.6 lbs so far this year (33 total) and refuse to give up until I can get back to 165lbs. My life is busy - I have a toddler now, a large dog to walk, work 40+ a week, all the motherly and wifely duties, and I commute two hours one way to my job - where I SIT for 10 hours a day. I'm just here looking for some motivation and accountability so feel free to add me!

I had my 7th baby last November with my sixth the prior November. In my earlier years of babies it was easy to drop weight but at 41 not so much. Twice the effort for half the results Like all of you, I have a busy house and a stressful job with a commute but I am committed to setting a good example for my kids and my patients regarding the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Feel free to add me!3

We have 4 kids. I'd like to hear more about how you have done it, any tips , have you had more energy since losing weight? I'm exhausted.1 -
My daughter is almost one and I'm returning to work full-time next week, hoping that cycling to work plus lifting weights on my lunch break will get me back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I plan to try for number two next summer.

Full-term - 177

Here's my mummy tummy. Had my last baby six weeks before I turned 40, she was a voracious feeder and I shrank as she ballooned. Then, with a bit of dedication and plenty of running, I continued to lose weight passing my original goal, then my dream goal, then my 'never even considered it' a goal, and am less than a kilo off my 'this is ridiculous' goal. If this baking and cafe queen can do it, you can too.6

Mom of 4 including twins here. Ages 10 - 2.
You can definitely do it. I'm less than pre pregnancy weight.
Highest pregnant 210 with twins
Highest non pregnant and not within one year of pregnancy 185
Pre preg 145
Now 133
I don't know how to add pics here otherwise I would but you CAN do it. Being a mom doesn't mean you have to keep the belly. I have extra skin still from twins but my tummy is flat.2 -
Mum of 2 here.
Feel free to add me! We'll keep each other going.0 -
