You do know obesity is a psychology problem at it's root right? At the end of the day everyone should use any tool they feel will enrich their lives. My only point was no one needs to a slave to tracking - there is hope.

I get your analogies however they don't exactly equate to what we're talking about here. One is a physical impairment the other is a psychological one. Very different. Now I'm not saying you must quick tracking in it's totality in one day. That's absurd. I'm saying one can get help to return to a state to which such…

Don't use em'. I rely on good old carbs & determination to get the job done.
-
This is depressing to read. You're basically a slave in this scenario.
-
Everyday however summer no doubt!

When it comes to family members one can't exactly excavate them from our lives one can love them from a distance though. No one said every family will get on like a house on fire. Still try to work things out though. I find reasoning with the other party helps rather than not wanting to speak on the glaring awkwardness.

Elbows in my friend. Never flare your elbows out while doing chest exercises or you'll be heading to snap city.

Breakfast = Break - Fast. There's no time allotment.
-
I understand your pain. One way around it could be to implement intermittent fasting. This practice condenses the time you spend eating into a smaller window. In doing so it gives you the license to eat larger meals as opposed to miniature meals spread out throughout the day. Or you could just burn more calories and eat…

Lol.. Yooo
-
Shouldn't laugh but .. Lmao! This *kitten* is funny. And yes, I do largely eat what I feel. However if I know a particular cookie of such is likely to cause me to surpass my caloric allotment due to my love for them, I'll peacefully do without it.

Don't bring it into the house
-
No. They're nice AF. Take your time and eat one in a relaxed environment. You'll change your mind on em.
-
The eat what you want and stay in a deficit diet.
-
You're greedy. I'm being real with you love. Throw the left overs away.
-
Eat anything you desire just eat at deficit. If that means forgoing food that makes you overeat then so be it. Don't be racist to meat.
-
No offense taken. I'm sure you'll learn to love it in the future. Everyone has their own Chicken Calling.
-
There we go. I cook all my chicken the same. Other than skinless breast, I skin them, rinse the extra fat off them, sprinkle them with salt (oil too if I'm feeling excited), then make a season rub of hot curry power, tumeric, Chinese 5 spice and Chilli Powder. Cover it with foil then put it in a pre-heated oven at 220℃ for…

Chicken without breading makes you puke? This makes you puke? I can recommend a whole host of seasonings that'll change your life forever. Bread crumb chicken has it's place but there's no need for it to enjoy a good piece of chicken.

Wow. Chocolate flavoured tea exists? Where the hell have I been?!
-
Casually throwing the Mother under the bus there. Should've made your own damn baked potato.
-
Ah of course. I dunno man, you need some variety in your life.
-
Lol. Are boiled potatoes foreign to you?
-
This is how you enjoy em'; peel em', fill the pot with water till you're just covering them (depending how many you're boiling of course, I'm assuming just a portion), add 2 tablespoons of Oil (preferably Extra Virgin Olive Oil), and finally a very generous sprinkle of salt. The aim is to cook them so the potatoes soak up…

Turkey mince, gizzards, chicken thighs, sardines, tuna, tilapia, beans. The list is endless. Turkey mince is a game changer though, especially if you're good with spices.

It's like the holy grail of protein. Taste good and you cab do just about anything with it. Even meatballs.
