I do the 5:2 intermittent fasting. I find this works for me. I always been the kind of person who could go without eating until mid afternoon. One thing that's better for me is I've joined a gym and my husband and daughter are tagging along. I love going and spending time with my family trying to achieve some level of health as opposed to sitting on the couch together in front of the tv.
