Stretching before and after? Or, I'm not sure what kind of surface you're running on but I've found running on grass or a track actually decreases my hip/back pain when it flairs up.

Hemp protein would be really good to add. I don't monitor my protein but I find that adding hemp protein powder to my fruit smoothies a few times a week helps. I'm also predominantly plant based.

The Nexplanon did not work for me. My cycle went haywire and it became longer . It typically lasts for 3-5 days and when I was on Nexplanon it would last up to 10 days or more! Nutritional Yeast is a good source :) it contains about 8-10 grams of protein per serving . You can add it to many foods even popcorn :)
