Agreed ^ You might want to think about getting rid of your trigger foods for the time being. Your calorie intake must be higher than you think. Start tracking your foods intake on MFP , you might be surprised how many calories sweet potatoes , certain breads , avocados etc. have. It's totally possible to lose weight being…

I agree . Map out a plan with your therapist ( treatment team ) so that they are aware of your goals. They can help you with your target goal in a healthy way. My only tip is to be kind to your body ❤ Weight loss will come with being consistent and patient . -Positive thoughts to you ezaminabunnie

It might have to do with the surfaces. A treadmill has a softer more even consitancy than say cement or dirt . I would mix it up

Never to soon to start running :) Get some good supportive running shoes , start at a slow pace. I recommend the C25K app, its starts you out gradually with jogging/walking. Good luck! You can do this <3
