I use to binge on baking. Now i go for baking 3 ingredient chocllate pb muffins and theres only 116 cals each. I made my own date and coconut balls. I juat bake alot of sweet stuff and pop alot of popcorn for munching. Smoothie helps as well. Diet soda if u have to

Glad you mentioned that in the beginning. I remember my weight use to yo yo badly because id give in by day 3. This is the longest ive been consisten ever in my life ( ex binge eater)

When i tried to do fasted excersise i felt like i was going to be sick and very light headed

120 is good i find getting high protien to be hard somedays i usually eat chicken and than fish or ground turkey and a protien shake a day and still don't always meet that.

I dont mind counting although i dont know if i can do it forever. I always weigh neat regardless but i notice it can become an obsession and addiction and i constantly worry about what I'm going to eat. It was nice to take a break. Personally my mother has taken prozac her whole life and ive seen her come off of it and she gets really depressed.
