Bless her, she may have plucked up the courage at last to join in and wanted validation. I think she'd be better to go to an actual real life group if she's struggling but then again anonymous online activity can be good for those who are shy.

Put on a bikini...then you are beach ready. Who gives a carp?

ADHD can be the underlying cause of anxiety and depression due to the absence of enough dopamine. The theory is that we don't have enough dopamine receptors and with reduced hormones levels we get virtually nothing to cope with. The link between raised cortisol, thyroid, anxiety, depression, ADHD, GI distress, weight gain…

I was interested as well...looks like it's defunct now.

Just turned 46, current physique, cutting now to see what's been done. Then it's back on the food to grow some more!

Bless you. He will always be an absolute legend, leaving behind his legacy online for others to follow.

Congratulations! I have a food baby myself. Peanut butter, boiled eggs on wholemeal with full fat mayo, whole milk, sauces, desert, ice cream, Snickers bars....oh you lucky ducky 😍😍

Get a pen, use the other end to press into the fleshy part of the lower thumb near your palm. Bang in the middle press it until the discomfort subsides, do it to both hands. You can carry on up the arms to the elbow, finding areas on the extensor and flexor muscles along the way. These muscular trigger points through…

A lot of it is all smoke and mirrors as already said above but it can be done. It's taken me 3 years to get to this stage as seen in my photos with 4 days a week lifting, a good diet and excellent recovery protocols. You look lovely by the way, you do want to address the goals that you would like and see if they're…

After 12 months of eating at way too much surplus...think chocolate pudding with whipped cream and strawberry trifle...I'm finally cutting. It's good, I'm ok as I can get a good amount of food in with reduced calories so far but a few days in I did feel it. 12 weeks goal, 3 weeks in, let's see where it takes me.

Took me 3 years to figure out that eating is where it's at, I did a bit of a dirty bulk this time because I like food...so fat gain was sizeable but only on the stomach. I was eating around 300+ cals because chocolate trifle is crack. You have to monitor after a good month to see if you're gaining 0.5lbs a week, the…

5 foot 3, currently bulking at 128 pounds to goal weight of 133. Eating 2100 cals but can rarely get above to an ideal 2200...not much I know but perimenopause and anxiety make it hard to have an appetite.
-
I plan on eating all the food and lifting all the weights!
-
So true Steph, I tried maingaining but it went nowhere. I was virtually slapped into bulking 🥴

I like cottage cheese mixed with canned tuna and red seedless grapes...much to my family's horror

Muscle and fat weigh the same, it's density that changes.

Awesome photos ladies! Here's my back so far after 2 years lifting...

Overly sweet and a dry texture means I shouldn't bother.

Yes then went back to eating meat, dairy, eggs and fish after feeling shocking.

I have a uterus of steel (not balls)

Just started after being virtually slapped for not eating enough and spinning my wheels. 2300 after maintenance at 1950 and loving all the food! I'm not keen on fat gain of course so will watch what happens with the sharp rise in cals. I was feeling permanently hammered from balls to the wall training for little gain so I…

Certainly not Bulgarians or lunges due to single leg exercises being written off by OP. No one here is qualified to give you such advice and would recommend you see a professional who can refer to GP not some PT in a local gym.

Might not be piriformis and glute minimus/medius instead. Look at Trigger Point Therapy for the quadratus lumborum and glute min/med.

The thing is we're being told time and time again that having a lower body fat percentage is the ultimate in health but really a good strong heart and muscle strength wins the argument for me. If you feel comfortable in both body and mind with your BF percentage why fight against what your body deems 'normal'? Your bro…
