I had to give up cardio during cause I couldn’t keep up due to anemia

Over the past mont and a half I used to be 106 first starting out on if eating whatever I wanted now I’m 112

I just did that today working Sunday brunch buffet Father's Day... I told myself I would play it cool but you can't but what I did do was filled my plate with mostly veggies then ofcourse a bit of potatoes and chicken... the went ham on desserts... I'll start again tomorrow all you can do!

I get them all the time on my gums everywhere they usually appear when I'm a stressed or feeling sick I have not found a cure only ointments

I think people see different things I'm 5'2 and like 108 and we look around the same obviously differently shaped cause everyone is naturally different! But when I was 104 I was most confident... I don't think anyone called me to skinny? Maybe behind my back?? Lol I just wanna be skinnnyyyy!!! Lol

I eat breakfast every morning the first thing I do is eat breakfast but I probably could eat more protein, I just bought protein oatmeal and have been trying it instead of my original oatmeal and it keeps me full until 1-2 ish which is really good! So more protein I need yes

Sorry I meant to say some workouts I sweat which are the most intense but some I don't sweat and are not as intense

I don't want to maintain I want to be 105-107 which I used to be long ago....but when I actually cant stop eating my weight goes higher obviously... i seem to eat like this cause it's "the weekend" but now I feel like crap...

1200-1500 a day but I don't restrict calories I eat healthy breakfast lunch and dinner....

I honestly feel sick now there was no need for me to do this and I think it's a problem, obviously when there is food I front of m I go for it when I'm already full... how do I say no? I really enjoy eating!!!! It's a hobby

Last time I weighed myself I was 110 and my habits were like this... my best is when I'm 107
