I've been listening to audio books during my workout. This way I can focus on what the book is saying which makes me not care about how long I stay at the gym.

Yes :D He's the one that helped me get motivated to get back into the gym.

My unhealthy obsession with video games and their lore.

This woman has a bunch of videos like this. It's kinda her thing for her channel/content I guess is the best way to put it? I absolutely hate these videos though. Just about as much as HowToBasic.

It's not too bright here lol wth? Plus it's gonna be bright this early almost everywhere because it's spring . . .

* When people tell me how to do something when I'm not doing the exercise incorrectly and/or when I have my headphones in. * When people talk to me in general with my headphones in. * When people DROP THEIR FRICKIN WEIGHTS ON MACHINES INSTEAD OF SETTING THEM DOWN causing my ears to ring. * When people don't rack their…

I'm pretty sure it's normal to experience a loss in performance/endurance because you don't have as many calories to give you that extra energy your instructor is looking for. My trainer has mentioned this before to my bf and I when explaining cut and bulking phases.

I think it's just kinda something everyone does and it's super hard not to. Try to just compete with yourself instead of others though. Then you get into a habit of pushing your boundaries to make yourself happy instead of doing it because you feel like you owe it to whoever/whatever else which just endlessly makes you…

Calories are still important to keep track of for maintaining or losing weight, but I ditched mine a while ago because I also thought it was super annoying.

I chose to go through therapy for a few months because I let some old stuff build up and just really eat me alive. The main thing I wound up doing as treatment was writing letters. Every time I started to think about the issue that was bothering me, I would write a letter to the person that had caused the entire thing.…

Same here. I have coffee with sugar free creamer and I'm set for a couple of hours. Then when I'm super hungry, I'll eat breakfast. Good job on remembering to take everything one day at a time

Anxiety is an evil monster. I'm sorry you're experiencing it at all. I would definitely start by explaining to your husband why you made the small lies and just be brutally honest about it. If there's something that he's doing that's causing you to lie to avoid conflict, he needs to know so he has an opportunity to help…

I'm so guilty of starting tons of times and never following through. I've been up and down since 2008. Effectively loss 30lbs in 2010 and gained it back and then some within 2 years. I've downloaded this app more times than I can count or would like to admit. I think I'm finally in it for real this time because I have a…

I kinda agree with this, but I feel like everyone else sees it before me. My family and friends have been commenting on my loss, but I just don't see it at all. Measure and take pictures! I like to put my current pic next to my first pic to compare and I can see tiny little changes happening which is definitely better than…

I think they're both really attractive in their own ways.

When people do this kinda *kitten* to me I give them dirty looks back. If they're gonna be *kitten* and try to bully me, I'm gonna show them I'm not the one to *kitten* with.

Here's your solution: Make sure you put the key somewhere he can't get to. I would suggest on your person if at all possible.

Going to a strip club? Whatever go do the thing. Lying to me about ANYTHING? Not ok. Based on some of your comments though, I just wanna say that strippers are people too. Just because they're dancing for money doesn't make them gross or disgusting. There's a demand to be seen and they're just supplying it. So if you think…

I second this. It would be better to say something to staff and let them handle it.

6lbs a month isn't fast. You can safely lose 2lbs a week and OP's loss is well within that time frame. I had this happen the firs time I lost about 30lbs. I had gained the weight back about a year later and was looking through some pictures and my friend at the time had told me "I'm glad you don't look like that anymore.…

Split your meal with someone and order off of the light menu. I go out pretty frequently now and that's how I keep those occasions managed  good luck!

Yeeeeeah. Looking through your diary, you're excessively eating WAY past that 1800 mark. Even on days where you're eating close to that range, you're still eating things like chocolate and other sweets and those calories could go toward something that would fill you up more and help you stay in that range. It looks like…
