mate stop th cardio altogether and focus on lifting weights keep in a deficit around 20 % lower than maintenance calories and the fat will fall off revealing some nice toned muscle :) ....I used to bash the cardio eating so called clean ( which now I know is BS) all that matters is caloric deficit and sufficient protein…

eating clean is nonsense foods are not good or bad or clean or junk just be in a calorie deficit be consistent and the fat will come off ...worst thing to is start slashing cals because u will end up binge eating etc just be paitent mate oh and also a refeed once every 14 to 21 days is good just but your cals to maintaince…

calorie deficit track accurately be consistent give it at least 12 weeks for the changes to show lose no more than 2lbs per week and most importantly don't restrict yourself from so called bad foods eat in moderation and your cut with be a successful one
-
Calorie deficit that's all you need high carb low carb doesn't matter
-
Calorie deficit is how you lose it not because of sugar ...and am guessing it's been low carbs u have been on so that will flush out a lot of water weight never the less well done weight loss is hard what ever way you choose to do it
-
amazing transformation mate but eating clean had nothing to do with that it was your caloric deficit and your exercise output....clean eating is nonsense It's just a personal preference but well done
-
Aslong as the scale is going down and the mirror is changing your doing good don't worry lol :)
-
Well done mate keep at it yeah cheers :)
-
Yup spot on there buddy
-
just to point out it's a lifestyle not a diet I don't do shakes or all this nonsense I'll admit I've jumped on every diet wagon going more fool me ....to many sharks out there calorie deficit no matter where they come from you will lose the weight :)
-
Hit the nail on there head type 1 diabetic here I'm on hardly any insulin and I'm on 2300 cals a day 260 plus carbs just keep in a deficit a track you will get to ur goal :)
-
and it's people like you who don't have a clue about nutrition ...read her post she lost all that weight and gained it back low carb is temporary the only benefit of low carb weight loss wise is the scale will shoot down due to water weight so low carb high carb you eat 2000 cals of the same u lose same weight so shut it :)
-
Do u not have a before and after pic together mate? So u started at 200lbs right?
-
Plus as a member says weight fluctuates daily should weigh yourself daily then and all the total weigh ins for the 7 days and divide it by 7 that will give u ur loss
-
You need to recalculate your maintenance then take 20% of that number then that's cals to eat to continue ur fat loss
