I'm on day 40 of 60. Lost 4.5kg so far. Weights 4 days a week. Cardio 1 day. Rest for 2 days. Eating at a 500 cal deficit. Managing to maintain and even increase weights on a few exercises. Happy with progress. Good luck with your cut period.0

I am about 6 weeks into my cut, down about 3.5lbs so far. Not sure how much longer I'm going to go. Lifting 4-5x per week, some yoga and a little cardio. I think I am doing OK? Might need to tighten it up a little especially my weekends, pool season is fast approaching!0
