Hamilton Beach has a breakfast sandwich maker for 23.85 on amazon. Bam! Problem solved lol. I only know this because it’s on my shopping list for a family gift.

See, I only haven’t done this myself because I don’t want it to log steps during a workout, creating way too may step calories during a 3 mile run. Or does it not log steps when the workout app is on?
-
Good one. Someone posted several months back asking how they should log standing for extending periods of time. Umm.....

You can also modify any of your family recipes for better nutrition.

It appears your at your ideal weight. If your unsatisfied with your appearance, I would consider hitting the weights. You got smaller, which is a huge feet. But if you’re done shrinking and want to actually change your physique, strength training is your best route.

My uncle, may he Rest In Peace, was a retired trucker. He was rough around the edges and not academic at all. But he was observant enough to realize even organic produce was “gassed” for transport.

Exactly. Or run the first half and walk the remaining to conserve energy, briskly of course.

Keep it up and congrats! Don’t worry about snacks. The race priori will have plenty at the finish line. I cradle a water bottle like a football, but only because I easily get extremely thirsty. They should have water coolers and cups at certain milestones. Learn and process with what works best for you. I’ve learned my…

Try it for a few days. If you’re not satisfied, you can always just tell her it just not for you but it may work for her and you will support her through it.

You may consider increasing hr activity level on MFP. Some of the higher levels won’t give you step credit but give you a slightly higher calorie allotment. You may want to try experimenting with a deferent one each day and see which one works. Another Eason I suggest this is, even though you have a desk job, the simple…

Think of it as earning more calories.

Only helps you to be more accurate. I’ve been losing without it but many poorl might cook from scratch more than I do. With me, it’s mostly sandwiches, fruits , smoothies, protein powder, almonds, healthy box dinners, and then some home cooked meals from time to time. I scan bar codes and measure how many servings (how…

Absolutely do not be afraid of protein. I would suggest achieving the protein goal MFP gives you. High protein foods will not only satiate you more, I believe it will also help you not lose too much muscle mass. Gold standard is a good powder that will help you fill in hr gaps. High and protein and low in calories.

That regimen is just fine since you’re just beginning. Build on that a little at a time, more weight, reps, etc. if you feel comfortable with it, you can incorporate high intensity on the treadmill or elliptical, alternate between high and low speeds. Much better to slowly build up ham to overdo it too quickly.

I’ve been using Gold Standard by Optimum Nutrition for months and it taste great. Low in sugar and calories and high in protein. Plus plenty of flavors to choose from. I get the 5 pound bucket lol. Lasts much longer and more cost effective.

Honestly, no need to go higher than 1g protein per lb ideal body weight.

The above comments make a lot of sense. Also, the human body taking 3-5 days to digest food can explain a lot as well.

The lie has been bought into lock, stock, and barrel that certain foods or ingredients must be forbidden. Honestly, we will never be rid of it. All we can do is patiently explain.

There are almost always "healthy food choices" at fast food places anymore. Not that you just eat healthy. It's just what I've chosen. I've found the cleaner I eat, for the most part, I achieve a larger bang for the buck. I usually will get a grilled chicken sandwich, which is very local cal compared to the burgers. I do…

For your goals, I would suggest high protein. Wouldn't worry about carbs really.
-
I trim it but that's it.

For me, it's mind over matter. I'd like to eat an entire large pizza but I want to be at a healthy weight more. I did a lot of boredom and comfort eating in the past but I had to retrain my mind.

Leg presses are very good As well.

Always good to have some sort of home based activity for times you can't make it to the gym.

Nah wine is fine. Anything is fine so long as you stay within your calorie goal. I haven't had wine in awhile but I do enjoy a good red. I had a couple beers 1-2 months ago and stayed under my calories.

I really don't mind the ads. ''Tis the way of life anymore online. Any website has to make money somehow. I would pay for the app if it had more features I would actually use. Those extra feauture wouldn't cause more or quicker weight loss, but I am a gadget nerd.

Protein shakes are not only for athletes and body builders. They're actually a great tool to help you meet your protein goal. Of course, you can get all your protein from food, but it's difficult for me to achieve that. I use gold standard by optimum nutrition. 2 big reasons: (1) no fillers (2) the calorie to protein ratio…
