It can't hurt but starting and doing diet can be your detox off sugars and carbs I assume

Think it depends on lot of stuff activity type of nutrition and metabolism but yes portion control always help

Hey I am 47 and log daily too I haven't been doing alot of exercise because of an injury but will be back at the gym soon if yoy want to add me as a friend.

Take it day by day and try to have fun

Probably want to hold off on the pizza or try alternatives like cauliflower crust at least until you see how it goes.

Thanks for all the support and insight. I also have a bike that i use havent taken it with to work but might try that. I have to admit the physical therapy is helping and getting my weight back under control will help too.

I only have 60 to lose but its weight I lost and regained. Would like someone to share the journey.

Take care of those knees they can make or break long term activity. I struggle with knee problems also and hate being side lined.

The weather here being grey and wet has kept me unmotivated lately but hopefully as the sun apears more it will turn around.
