Hey y’all! I’m Sarah! I have topped the scales at 293 and have had enough!!!

I’ve dabbled in calorie counting for a long while, but it’s time to take this thing super seriously!

I have over 100 pounds to lose which is quite the daunting task, but I have been reading a book that talks about just doing the next right thing. I have been repeating this a lot in my head lately as it works with food choices AND life choices!

Hope to hear from some of you and get a good, motivational post going!!

Let’s take it one decision at a time!!!

    You can do it everyones journey is unique. Set your goal do your best and before you know it you will be there. I like the saying do the next right thing thanks for sharing.

    Make a plan. Set a clear goal. Weigh all your food so you can count your calories.
    Take "before" pictures and measurements so you can follow your progress in ways other than the scale.
