Wow @jcgator2016 - that's amazing!!! Kudos to him for keeping it off! I have 3 daughters and one son. One of my daughters is easily 100+ overweight and I can't say anything to her. She's 25. She has to do it on her own :( I feel bad. My other two are under weight.

My favorite healthy snack is raw almonds.

I'm doing a 15 hour fast for this month (minus the weekends). Whenever you stop eating, you eat again in 15 hours. So, I try to finish dinner by 6:30 pm and eat breakfast at 9:30 am. It's worked for me in the past and you can do as many hours as you want (12, 13, 14). Some people do 16 but I can't tolerate that. This…

@Shortgirlrunning I was supposed to do my first half marathon in October 2018 and couldn't because of my foot, then didn't this October because I couldn't run that far and out of shape. Kudos to you for doing it!
