I can relate ugh! I've been giving in to my cravings this month. All the bad carb and sugary food! I was doing so well up until pms! And zero energy to workout :( I'm sorry I'm no help.

Stress eater here! Especially around pms I crave everything carb and sugar! When I'm happy? I don't care for them. I eat mostly vegetables!

For me it helps me be in control of what I eat. When I think of carb I would eat mostly junk food, now that I cut carb out aka "junks" I'm more aware of what I put in my body. And when I do crave carb I opt for the healthy carb and eat brown rice or potatoes and lots of vegetables and not feel bad about eating those! Also…

^^ I was a carb addict too. Lost a good 7 lbs of water weight the first week.. I'm on week 3 now and the weight loss has stopped, but I'm not giving up. I actually enjoy this way of eating now.

I could've written this myself a month ago. Since going keto I no longer need carbs like rice and bread. I mean I used to eat rice and noodles every single day, 3 meals a day lol. Now, I no longer crave it, and feel full and energize just eating high fat food.

What would be the adequate micro and macro nutrients? I would like to tone up and have definition. And I don't know where to go about it. I definitely don't want to eat in a surplus and then not work hard enough. I want to look fit. Right now I just look skinny fat, no muscle definition.
