Suppressing strong emotions is never good. I don't think anyone should be expected to move on, but you can move forward, if that makes sense.

  • Thank you @PackerFanInGB Sadly, I haven't had much luck at all. I'm still only averaging 6.5 hrs a night. Even on evenings when I am trying my hardest to get everything complete before 10:30, I still don't make it to bed til after 11. Well, all I can do is keep moving forward.
  • I get OK sleep. I average 6.5 hrs Sa-Th, and usually 7.5 - 8 on Friday nights. Sometimes Sunday will have 7 hrs, but that's still all less then 7 hrs on average for the week.   • I've been a little too sedentary lately :s but I did get my 100 squats done. My goal is 100 squats M, T, Th, and F, with the days off in between.

  • My tracker also reminds me to move, but thankfully, I've been able to remind myself. Another thing I've stopped doing is logging into Facebook every morning. Talk about a rabbit hole!
  • My thing of getting up and moving every 30 mins is definitely paying off. I'm getting in far more steps than I ever thought possible. The weather is HOT over here, but I get plenty of moving done inside my house or even where I work.
  • Awesome! Today, I've gotten in quite a bit of steps already. I'm working in another building. We're finally installing VoIP phones, and they have me all over. I won't get much dancing in today, but I'm sure to hit 12,500.
  • I usually get in about 10 mins at a time, but I get about 3-4 rounds a day :)
