Virtuagym is an app that I’ve used. I write up all of my workouts for the week,...then log the sets and reps. I can go back to workouts that I’ve done over a year ago.

That is kinda funny when you think about it, lol. I’m just the kind of guy that would eat anything that tastes great,...and not overly packed with calories. I keep telling all of my friends and family that I’m not on any special diet. If I ate something like that for dinner,...they’d think that I’m now a vegetarian. I…

I’m 41. I’m 6’6” tall. I started my journey on July 4th. My starting weight was 357, current is 322. My goal is 300. I’ll see were I want to go from there.

I picked up a new landscaping account, and dropped two pounds since the last time I stepped on the scale 9 days ago.

You beat me to it. When you use that website, there’s no excuse for not going through a workout.

I bought one a couple of weeks ago. I just started using it last week. I’m very impressed with it. I’ve cooked salmon fillets so far. It’s great to use when you need to cook something for lunch.

Pizza Trail Mix. It’s an awesome snack. I have to force myself not to eat too much at one time. My family and their friends love it.

My first cheat meal a couple of months ago. A combination of 13 tacos from Rusty Taco. It was 2900 cals. All corn tortillas. I didn’t eat any of the chips and salsa.
-
I would eat that. And I’m not even a vegetarian, lol.

We use ours all the time. I get the majority of my recipes from the Yummly app and www.365daysofcrockpot.com.

I think that you have to be friends with people to share recipes.

If you feel like you have to miss workouts at the gym due to work,...you can always go to www.darebee.com and do some body weight workouts right in your home. Just saying.

My suggestion is to figure out what your TDEE is, and then stay in more of a maintenance mode or just a slight deficit. I would increase protein, but I’m not for sure by how much. Then I would start a strength training program. Progressive Overload will be critical. So that means that you will have to track your workouts.…

www.yummly.com I use the app to make it easier. There are unlimited healthy recipes on there. My wife and I only have to cook dinner 3-4 times a week now. My daughters are teenagers. They enjoy the food that we cook. Their friends love staying over for dinner too.

This is one of my favorite soups that I make in the IP. It is so good, that it won’t last long as leftovers. https://www.365daysofcrockpot.com/slow-cooker-creamy-hamburger-tortellini-soup/. If you want other recipes, just enter your email and subscribe to receive recipes weekly. Download the Yummly App to your phone. There…

I probably use mine two or three times a week. I cook just about everything in it. I use recipes from the Yummly app, and I get a lot of pressure cooker recipes from www365daysofcrockpot.com. I suggest entering your email and subscribe to the free recipes.

Bigger Leaner Stronger by Michael Matthews is the program that I ran for about a year and a half. I came across his book, then I purchased the training manual that he wrote. I put on 12 lbs of muscle. I’d suggest the 4 day split. Also, just start out light, and progress each week. That way you can skip all of the soreness…

I actually like Greek Yogurt. I’ve just never really gave it any thought as to a sour cream substitute.

I eat 1500 cals/day, then have a 3000 cal cheat meal every 14 days. Lost 30 lbs this way since the 4th of July. My weight the next day hasn’t been affected by it.

This is what I had tonight. Taco Casserole that I got from the Yummly app. My wife made it. It was very good. I like sour cream,...but I’ve learned to use it very sparingly to add just enough for taste.

Alright guys,...let’s keep making it happen!!! I’m down an average of 30lbs since the 4th. I’m ready to set a new goal to get down to 320lbs. Short term goals to reach the ultimate goal. I’m gonna report back here every so often. Feel free to check in on progress, and also with your own.

I was a little different. I quit stopped working out before Christmas. I lost a lot of strength, lost a solid 10lbs, and just stayed at the same weight for several months . I actually felt so much better. Aches and pains honestly went away. My body felt more functional, in the way that my muscles weren’t tight all the…

This is what I made a couple of nights ago. Bell Pepper Chicken Burgers and Paleo Shrimp & Avocado Salad with a glass of Maple Crown.

Here’s a website for you. https://www.365daysofcrockpot.com/ Just go here and join the email list. You’ll get recipes every week. It’s not annoying either. Some of our best meals have come from this website.

I purchase a non flavored can for special purposes. I have no problem adding it to oatmeal and salads. That way, the flavor doesn’t change.
-
I do it manually by copying the ingredients from the page that the recipe is on,...and then pasting them. You can then name it whatever you want. Hope that helps.
