Sirloin, roast potato, turkish peppers given the padron pepper treatment, hollandaise and toum sauces. Don't believe the conventional wisdom that you can't re-heat leftover hollandaise. This was hollandaise from Friday night reheated at the lowest setting of the microwave for a minute. Because it was a little on the stiff side I added a few teaspoons of water and a little lump of butter before re-heating, then stirred the new ingredients in.

Last meal with last week's pescetarian house guests. We picked them up from the train station where they just returned from France, and shuttled them to another train station to get to the airport. In between just enough time for a drink and a bar snack. The vegetarian sharing board and an order of salmon tartare.

Im just catching up with this thread after shoulder surgery, and saw your question from a few days ago and weirdly, I’d searched up the recipe below to try tonight as my first cooking adventure now I have a bit more movement in the arm again and I can get back to cooking a little!
