Hi everyone,
I've just bought an Instant Pot and was wondering if anyone has come across any really good and simple recipes for this device?
Many thanks!

Everything, just about, is really good and simple with an instant pot. The ideas in the manual that was in the box is where I started; there is a facebook group that has lots of recipe sharing.
Enjoy!1 -

We make these quite a bit and they are all amazing:

We make ribs but to keep it simple, we use a premade rub and bbq sauce. We use Guinness as the liquid.

We'll never buy store bought yogurt again:

Why? To me its way too much work and cost saving are ZERO in the end, not even factoring the time you wasted.
I feel like we've been here before. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/comment/41952638#Comment_41952638
1) It's not anymore expensive than storebought. I spend $4 on the milk, $2 on the sweetened condensed milk and use my own yogurt as the starter. I get 12 servings so it comes out to .50 per serving, .30 if I make it unsweetened.
2) I control what ingredients I use to make it.
3) I like the taste of it better than store bought.
4) It takes me about 3 minutes of prep time before bedtime to set it for cold start yogurt. When I wake up in the morning, I have yogurt. Yes, it takes overnight to become yogurt but it's the easiest thing I make in the IP.
5) If I can make something homemade, I prefer to do so.11 -
Another thing I make is shredded chicken for tacos (either green chili salsa verde or traditional salsa works) with brown spanish rice. You can make both the chicken and the rice at the same time using a pot-in-pot method. If that sounds like something you want to try, let me know and I will post that too.4

Almost every recipe I've tried is a winner. I especially like the Asian inspired ones. Also, the directions are easy to follow and she has photos / videos.1 -

Their chicken and lentil soup is excellent. I was pretty meh on it the first day, but the second day it was amazing once everything had a chance to meld together. It makes a really good lunch.1 -
Okay, so I haven't read to see if anyone mentioned it yet, but you have to make your hard boiled eggs in your instant pot. The reason isn't that it is faster (prob takes about the same time as stove top), it is because they PEEL LIKE MAGIC. Something about how it cooks them causes the shells to practically fall off when you peel them. Life changing for food prep for the week, I tell you.6
