Thanks for the ideas! I do quite like fruits, and I'm fine with meat too which is good! Perhaps I need to find more creative ways to eat them.

The thing is I never really think of many options at once, and groceries are kind of expensive so I try to use what I buy (ex. If I buy spinach for wraps it takes me the week to get through it).

There are a million reasons I could go into but one big one for me was sleep. I fell asleep everyday in the middle of the day. I couldn't control it. Not a food but a drink- Hot chocolate. When I am eating healthy (which hasn't been this week lol) it's my go to, 45 calorie, sugar fix.

I have a weighted blanket and it hasn't helped me yet unfortunately. I take Teva-prazosin for my nightmares and I find it really helps, I have them a couple times a month instead of everynight. 👍🏻

Lol to all those who were like "this page will just tempt you why did you come", yes, my feelings of joy and satisfaction with healthy foods did not last long, lol. I had 8 cookies today and that was with calories. If calories didn't exist I would have the other dozen. I don't think weight loss is for me. 😅

Omg I'm with ya, I used to be the best at MFP, ate on track for months. Now, I've gained a ton of weight and have never hated myself more. I'm struggling to limit my eating and all I do is binge. I'm no one to give advice but I guess like some others said, start small instead of trying to restrict a bunch at once.
