I did increase my calories lately from 1500 to around 2100 to improve my metabolism I did feel little bloated later I planned for more activity usually hitting gym in morning and evening either swimming or playing a sport, walking more often usually after a meal...I did gain weight but it's more on muscle side than fat..…

Protine rich diet usually have more iron in it, like red meat, chicken, liver, eggs, fish... Etc.. Getting iron from only food no supplements, I want to know is there anyway I can help my body to regulate it while having all these good..

Keto is not for everyone.. if you really want to do, get some genuine certified nutritionalist to analyze you and give out a plan. Not all who speaks like they know really knows the subject. One life one body don't experiment with it if you are not a professional.

I don't think you are doing much wrong, one thing to consider is your age , as we get older usually some percentage of muscle will be lost yearly and hence you gain fat and to burn that fat it will take more time then younger yourself, yes with all natural ways. So keep patience and keep on moving. Good luck.
