I did. 2-5 miles a day for around 5 months. Lost about .5 pounds a week. Walked 7 days a week.

I’m not sure if it’s a NSV but I’ve never had so many women open or hold doors for me in my life 😆 It never happened when I was overweight and out of shape. Kind of a weird new concept for me since I’ve always done that for women.. Lol

Here’s a few: Singing.. it gets on my nerves. Loud at that. Girl friend/boyfriend dating at the gym. Kissing and hugging between every set. 🤮😆 People playing grab *kitten* at the gym. No they don’t! As a matter of fact I have had people deal with it in so many different ways. I’ve had people be angry with me, cry when they see me, excited for me, people get inspired, shock... I’ve even lost friends over it 😔

My metabolism has completely changed so I have to eat large meals at night because I’m so active. No more losing weight! Trying to gain a little with muscle.
