2 years ago and yesterday. Not exactly a before and after. Still a long ways to go to reach my ultimate goal. Continuing to cut body fat until I hit 10-12% and then lean bulk/cut cycles after that to improve muscle mass while keeping body fat under 15% year round.88 -

Been a little over a year and 93lbs down. Still have around 15-30lbs to go (see how I feel after 15). Did it with Keto ☺️

I'm 39. 6'0" tall. I started at 293 lbs. (picture is not at my absolute biggest, probably around 280-285). Current weight is 185.6 as of yesterday.10 -

Amazing progress! I too have had 3 kids in 4 years. Lost 10lbs as of today! Another 40lbs and I'll be at the weight I was before I stated having kids.6 -
