2 years ago and yesterday. Not exactly a before and after. Still a long ways to go to reach my ultimate goal. Continuing to cut body fat until I hit 10-12% and then lean bulk/cut cycles after that to improve muscle mass while keeping body fat under 15% year round.

I'm 39. 6'0" tall. I started at 293 lbs. (picture is not at my absolute biggest, probably around 280-285). Current weight is 185.6 as of yesterday.

3 kids in 4 years and I literally stopped recognizing myself.... down -65 lbs and feeling healthier and more fit than I ever have!! Running my 4th half marathon this weekend 🎉 🤗

Amazing progress! I too have had 3 kids in 4 years. Lost 10lbs as of today! Another 40lbs and I'll be at the weight I was before I stated having kids.
