I don't have a good starting picture but the one on the right is after losing 50lb in 2 years, my target is another 50 in the next 2-3 years.23

2 years ago and yesterday. Not exactly a before and after. Still a long ways to go to reach my ultimate goal. Continuing to cut body fat until I hit 10-12% and then lean bulk/cut cycles after that to improve muscle mass while keeping body fat under 15% year round.88 -

I'm 39. 6'0" tall. I started at 293 lbs. (picture is not at my absolute biggest, probably around 280-285). Current weight is 185.6 as of yesterday.10
