Hi! From experience I can say that choosing healthier foods gives you room to eat more and feel more satiated. I am eating 1200 calories and it has worked great. And you can also have chia water.... 1lt of water, 1 tbsp. (or two) of chia and squeeze a lemon... It taste good and keeps you full.

After more than I year... Trying to lose the baby weight (and 30 lbs more after that) Down 17 pounds... If I lose other 7 I will ll be on my before baby weight. Feel free to add ;)

My family is my motivation.... I want to be healthy and look good, I want to play with my toddler and not get tired and inspire my husband ;)

For breakfast I make simple overnight oats or simple chia pudding.., it takes like 2 minutes to prepare and next day is ready to eat!

I put all the food I am eating the night before and check if I am hitting both my macros and calories (sometimes I go over/under the macros but it´s ok) I try to eat high…
