Who knows? I didn't cook besides a side dish so I have no idea what the calories were. Went for an early morning walk and took a scoop of everything that appealed to me. Also had some apple pie moonshine which is homemade by a friend of a friend, no idea what's in it. It's just one day and today I'm back on track. I did…

I try to get up every hour and do a loop or two around the office. I walk to people's offices instead of calling or emailing. Park down the block and walk to and from work. I also drink lots of water/tea so that means frequent bathroom breaks and trips to the water cooler.

My parents gave me a ring when I was 14/15 for Christmas that I wore everyday until a year or two ago because it became too tight. I just tried it on again and it slid right on. I'm so happy to be wearing it again.

I have been known to eat food just cause it tastes good.

I find mine to be pretty accurate but like all calculators it's just an estimate. What I like is that it gives a daily reminder of what I might be burning depending on the amount of activity I've had.

I have the surge and I like it. It does all the normal Fitbit things; it counts steps, calories, floors, sleep and exercise. It's not as pretty as some of the other ones though. I've heard the ionic is neat too and that you can use it while swimming (dunno if that's true) but none of the others are water proof.

I always tip 20% but I've worked in restaurants before and people are jerks. So I'm trying to make up for it.

Both my parents and my older brother were overweight/obese. My brother lost the weight in his 20's and my dad also lost a ton of weight. My mom and I hung on to it but we're both trying to lose now. My parents treated food as a reward and we would eat out often and have really savory foods which caused massive weight gain.…

I can think of a few skinny girls I know, with very pretty faces and good bone structure who also have "double chins". Sometimes it's just genetic.

Yoga pants and leggings, they last longer then regular pants. Buy the tops from goodwill. The only thing I've bought after 25+ pounds is some new yoga pants. I'm like you, id rather hold out until I get closer to maintenance. Luckily for me I work in health care and scrubs are very forgiving.

Sometimes people say things and don't realize how it might come off to someone else. Maybe she didn't mean anything by it, or maybe she did. I'm a vote for be direct, which will usually work. I can think of a time when I was talking to the security guard at my job (who I am work friends with) and he made some comment about…

Thanksgiving and Christmas I will eat what I want and maybe log. Halloween isn't a big deal to me and I don't get trick or treaters where I live. It's not these two days that make a difference. The problem I think many people have is they see the whole two months as a time to indulge. My plan for the work goodies is to not…

Every week day in whatever clothes I have chosen to wear. After using the bathroom and before any food and liquids. I track the daily weight on happy scale and log losses here.

I cheat on a daily basis. Chips, ice cream, beer you name it. Ive had all those in the last week...plus Twix and other chocolate...lots of bread...pizza etc. Still managed to lose weight.

Being vegan is a lifestyle. You can't be vegan and eat fish. You also can't live on fruits and vegetables.

This is day 99 for me and I've prelogged most of day 100. You all are awesome!

What does your Fitbit tell you? It MIGHT be more accurate then a website. The only way to really know is through experience. If you're losing weight then it's working. You should be aiming for a small loss with only five pounds to go, no more then half a pound a week. When you increase calories even a small amount you will…

The calculators are just an estimate. So no I don't have 100% trust in them. That being said 1500 calories is not that much. Is the maintenance number you're getting from the web or your Fitbit?

Maybe you need to adjust your medications or switch to a new one. If you have a good doctor they will work with you to find a drug that will treat your symptoms and limit your side effects. I also recommend a therapist if you don't have one already.

I've taken Prozac, Wellbutrin, seroquel, topmax and many other antidepressants and antipsychotics. I gained weight because I ate more then my body required. I've now lost over 20 pounds by counting calories. The meds have nothing to do with it. I agree with the above post...some meds made me tired so I didn't move as much,…

Very berry hibiscus refresher. I don't go to Starbucks but have a few coworkers who work there and ocassionally they will surprise me with one (yay). According to Starbucks a venti is 100 calories but all the drinks vary depending on who is making it. Like all fast food I consider it a treat and assume the calories are off…

Okay...now log it. Look for usda entries if you don't have a barcode to scan (and make sure the ones you scan match the package).

You need to weigh food in order to know the calories etc. Anything can be heathy in moderation.
-
You know it's water weight...you didn't count it as weight gain... Why do you keep posting things like this?

One milllllionnnn calories

If you have a history of eating disorders and you're having trouble now (which you are) you shouldn't be restricting at all. You probably shouldn't be on this site.
-
Buy a reusable water bottle and commit yourself to drinking a certain amount of them. It's simple.

I like to mix black tea and some kind of flavored tea. Black coffee just isn't everyone's...cup of tea so to say. Black tea still has plenty of caffeine if that's what you're going for.

I mean I can't speak for you (or anyone else) without knowing your stats. But for me I changed my calories to be higher then MFP suggested and I've been losing.
