MFP has a database where you can search for foods.
You may want to read through the "most helpful threads" to get an idea of what MFP is, how it works and how you should use it: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10300319/most-helpful-posts-general-diet-and-weight-loss-help-must-reads
And read the first post in this thread - quite possibly the best, most helpful and informative post on all of MFP: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants/p13 -
You need to weigh food in order to know the calories etc. Anything can be heathy in moderation.0

Yeah i know how to do it but i got confused because you find a lot of results and i dunno which one is the right. So i find one that shows it has more than 400 calories, more than 40 grams of protein and less than 10 grams of fat.

What do you mean weigh the food?
Like check it on the scale? Cz that's what i do0 -
If you want to know if food is going to "ruin" your diet, start logging before you eat - you'll then know whether what you're about to eat fits your calorie goal3

Okay...now log it. Look for usda entries if you don't have a barcode to scan (and make sure the ones you scan match the package).0 -

I log my food every time i eat.
But i buy freash steak from the butcher i don't get it from markets so there's no barcodes.0 -

That seems like a straightforward question of 2 parts. Is it healthy? Yes. Is it safe to end a fast by eating this? Yes.1
