I would smile tell I love you but I old enough to make my own choices. I would say I would appreciate you being supportive not negative. Or just leave the room or go for a walk if it gets too much. I had diabetes during pregnancy and diabetes in my family. So I am always watching carbs. The rule understand is to stick 150 carbs per day total. I find when I stop;and tracking my food I lose track of what I eat, I am afraid to face the scale. Portion control and water. We can all work together to stay motivated. Look forward not back today is a brand new opportunity to care about you!

I lost over 100 lbs 2012 to 2013 and managed to keep it off for 1 year till 2014 and I have been gradually creeping up I still kept a pile of weight but my clothes have stopped fitting again. So I started back on track today.

My sister uses spaghetti squash with she cooks it and scrapes it out makes a pasta dish with alternating canned tomatoes and lo fat cheese. I suppose you could just add cheese to the hot spaghetti squash to make mac and cheese taste. The spaghetti is really good lo in carbs.
