My recent kick in the a** was a sort of ambiguous relationship-ish situation maybe ending...? He was a totally nice guy, nothing traumatic or anything (I've been there too) but still gave me that mentality of wanting to get that revenge bod. Why do we do that?!? Whatever works though! This happens to me so often. And sometimes when I say "I'll just do 15 minutes of cardio" I end up going for an hour. It really just takes 5-10 minutes for me to be in the zone.

I eat ice cream once or twice a week, sometimes more. I've cut back on other things, like pizza and beer, because I know realistically, they would make it harder for me to stay on track. But ice cream...never!

I only do 1200 for a couple weeks at a time, then I'll go back up to 1400. I find it easier to cycle like that. And right now I'm doing 1200 because I want to look my best for my sisters wedding that's less than 2 weeks away! I do eat some exercise calories back though. You're right though, it's not easy!

Thanks for the input! I'm in a temporary living situation while I search for a job but when I figure out where I'm going to end up I want to find a gym that offers classes. I'm steadily losing so I'm not too worried, just looking to step things up soon.
