pcos also! down 16, trying to ultimately drop 143. I've been the most successful this year in the past two weeks with reduced carb intake (you know, like my endocrinologist has been telling me for a decade) and upping to full fat products!

overly aggressive - too low. you're going to have to put some work into figuring out where you need to be to maintain so you know where you need to be to lose. mfp guesses, but it doesn't have all the facts. you need to figure out your bmr / tdee, so you can cut from your tdee. and how much weight are you trying to lose?…

you guys get me. I would literally remove salt from my diet in every other facet if it meant keeping red hot. I could drink it. I put it on EVERYTHING. the meal I just ate was buffalo cauliflower and scrambled eggs and pork chops and I will let you GUESS what was part of every aspect. good luck to ya, op.

I also have the issue where it comes when it wants, because of my health. the other day, mine came, and it was less than 8 weeks from the start of the previous one. that’s the closest my periods have been together in two years. I cried so hard, hahaha.

PCOS and trying, too. have been for a year. weight is the game changer, I’m hoping. we’re going to be engaged this year and shooting for a wedding next year - I’m super not traditional, it would be a dream come true to have my own little lovebug up at the figurative altar with us!

@questionfear - I wish! medicine balls, yoga mats, dumbbells, and a stretch area. other than that, treadmills and strength machines as far as the eye can see.

I think a good dumbbell program is gonna be the way I go. I was concerned about trying SL again without having a way to get higher up in the squat regimen, but I guess I can cross that bridge when I get there. @Cherimoose - my PF doesn’t even have cable machines. it’s honestly insane how different of a gym this is from…

Two weeks ago, I was 296.4 lbs with 139.4 lbs / 63 kilos to lose. I understand. This morning had me at 284.8, so down 11.6 lbs / 5.2 kilos! I way prefer kg, it makes the journey seem like a smaller, easier undertaking!
