Get a Dexa scan. I did yesterday and have 150.6 lean mass 6.6 pounds of bone and I am 3.0 for bone density. I also found out my home scanner was WAY off. I found Dexa on Groupon a usual $150 scan for $76 (San Fran pricing).

Once a month I gain 10lbs of water weight. it affects my scale and my measurements. After 3 months of tracking i know this is normal for my body. So I don't stress about it. I just keep with my program and drink lots of water and exercise to cycle it all out.

Do you feel dizzy? Light headed? Also, it may not be an accurate rate of calorie burn. But I burn 467 calories in 16 minutes on the elliptical so I assume the calories burn calculators are inaccurate. my heart rate is 150 I'm only 6 years younger.

totally get it. my advice check out www.damnripped.com It will help you keep losing. My whole family uses it and we all have about the same stats. Calculate your TDEE subtract your 20% for your deficit Calculate your Macros if you like that-it works for my peeps anyway. they are shredded. Im just starting out. good luck!
