Today I ate (or will eat because it's only lunch time):
Cheerios with almondmilk for breakfast, sugar free chocolate pudding and a cheese stick for morning snack, a taco bell cantina bowl for lunch, probably another cheese stick and a fruit for afternoon snack, and chicken and veggies and rice for dinner. I get 1700 calories a day!

    Food for today:
    -Two slices of toast with peanut butter and jam, grilled cheese and chicken sandwich, fruit-yogurt-protein smoothie, two waffles with Nutella, shrimp in some cocktail sauce... then for dinner it will be pasta and meatballs in tomato sauce with roasted cauliflower, tomato and cucumber salad with bufala mozzarella, wine, and maybe a Drumstick ice cream for dessert.

    I have no idea how many cals but over 3K.

    Breakfast: two eggs, Coach's oats with almonds and tart cherries, pickled spicy asparagus, low sodium V8, coffee

    Lunch: large garden salad, stuffed red bell pepper with Italian sausage, brown rice and quinoa blend, summer squash, tomatoes, and mushrooms.

    Snack: a variety of nuts and dried fruit

    Snack: Beef jerky

    Snack: whey shake

    Dinner: probably cod with a heap of vegetables of some kind..

    so far I've had a venison and black bean burrito. Planning a shrimp and vegetable stir fry in kung pao sauce for dinner.

    Had a PB& J sandwich with chips and dip much earlier today. Ate a couple chocolate Robin's Eggs candies, water, cup of coffee. That's all.
