I tend to stretch, walk a bit and then stretch more along the way. Definitely helps! Not I can go 5+ miles when I could hardly do 2 at first. You’ll get there!

Steve...I weigh and measure all of my food and try to be as accurate as possible. Yes I track my calories all day every day. I know I need to start strength training and it could be that I’m retaining water. I’m drinking more water than I used to, but not nearly enough. Thanks everyone!

Would love to join in as well! I’ve lost 40+pnds with more to go. My body is holding onto this weight and I don’t know if it’s a hormonal thing or what, but I’m frustrated. Support would be great!

I get this. What’s worse than being stared at or made fun of? Never being noticed at all. You are not alone!! I actually make a point of speaking to people who possibly are sometimes ignored due to looks etc. I’m making it my mission! Haha

I don’t Diet. I don’t deprive myself. I eat what I want...just less of it. If I want some sweets or even a burger, I have it and then adjust the rest of my eating for the day to make room for that higher calorie food. Basically, I eat healthier and a lot less, but always make room for a treat.

Great! So glad I’m not the only one. When I squeeze a treat in I automatically have to eat healthier the rest of the day anyway...because I have to conserve calories for my chocolate fix!
