You know those metal turn styles you have to push to get through (leisure centres etc) well I can squeeze through the gap at the edge and not have to wait for someone to activate it for me. I'm not underweight by the way.

It's your hip reflexors, I have the exact same problem. Leg raises make both hips click and its very uncomfortable. If I add in too many squats during my weekly excersise it makes it even worse. Been there. I've been logging diary on mfp for 3 years. Lost 10lbs I've been as accurate as I can with food alcohol and excersise to lose 1lb a week. It worked, recently I stopped drinking at weekends and my body fat has dropped and fitness levels have gone up. Now in maintenance but it took alot if research.

Easily done with pasta, rice, lentils and cous cous, different brands vary. You have to keep an eye open on the dry weight or else it gets confusing.

Macros sound good to me. Ive maintained at 50 30 20. I don't have much belly fat and can see abs first thing during the day. Gone by evening. Lol. Proper diet is the key in my opinion.

I'm not an expert but 20% carbs seems very low unless you're doing an atkins diet. OK for short term.

There are options out there for healthy fast food but you don't get much, and it won't be satisfying for long.

We like the Easter bunnies and large Santa's they do, they look cheap but actually taste nice (I've discovered advent calender chocolate far worse) also the white chocolate slabs, we melt them down to use with my kids lolly stick maker, things like that. Their multi packs that mimic Twix and Mars are also nice.

Busy sports night with 3 kids, I'm usually prepared and use the slow cooker. Today not organised, I had chicken tikka and salad in a tray.

It's great for legs. I did step a lot in the gym for about a year plus they use weights when moving arms, so my legs and arms definitely are more toned. Good cardio too.

I bought a small packet from a health food shop, did a recipe involving coconut milk and yogurt. Did not like it. Binned the rest of the packet of chia seeds. Will not eat them again.

Maybe a bulking diet, you need proper balanced nutrition and a weights program, then any weight gained will not all be fat, and you will still look slim.
