Please can you give me your honest truth . Do you think eating massively over normal calories over 2 days will cause fat gain ?? Or would i have to consistently eat over calories for this to happen ??
-
I feel guilty every time i over eat and yesterday i over ate massively!! Not an exaggeration , i just really dont want to gain fat ! Is it true when they say fat gain is from consistently eating a huge amount of calories or will one/two days really mess me up ??
-
Because the amount of food i ate was disgusting ! Honestly it must have been near 10 thousand calories! I did enjoy myself but im kicking myself the next day ! And with it being nearly xmas i have meals coming up with friends of my parents which will be eating lots too !! I just dont wanna gain fat
-
I did eat throughout the day in the end, which is worse because it means my calories are even further over!
-
Thank you! And no its a get together with my friend so we are just wating a ton of food because why not enjoy myself
-
Sorry it cut off half of what i said, i didnt go because i didnt feel 100% like its freezing in the uk and i was cold, ill and tired
-
Thank you for your help !

Can i still lose weight on a like 200 calorie defecit ?? Does it have to be a massive defecit? Im not particularly large as you can see my abs just trying to get them to bemore defined ?
-
Which is misleading towards peoples goals
-
I just want results so badly and have been trying for ages but still look terrible! I constantly feel negative about my body and the way i look
-
I just want my results so badly
-
Because if i plan mymeals and then put my cardio in then i am in a calorie defecit. But if the cardio calories are burned are not accurate i may no longer actually be in a defecit without realising
-
So i wont be making much progress then
-
Are you sure ?? Thats what the machine says after 25 mins? Omg that has made me stressed now as i have planned all my meals and that means im probs not making progress
-
I used to do a 20 minute HITT session when i got home from school and then would go gym that evening and do another 20-25 mins on the eliptical trainer which wasn’t as intense cardio but was 400-500 calories. I heared HITT is better cardio for burning fat but if i am in calorie defecit it shouldnt matter shoult it ?
-
Just couldnt decide aha , why what sort of things do you have for breakfast ??
-
What goals can macros effect ??
-
Fair enough ! If i go over on protein does it matter?? Also please can you send me a friend request as it wont let me send you one ?
-
I thought macros weren't as important as calories in ??
-
I thought macros werent as important as calories in ??
-
Whats your thoughts on crisps?? I want a packet of walkers squares (salt and vinegar) for after my rice and and chicken , is this okay ??
-
Yum i really want to try thatbut granola is quite high in sugars !
-
I like them both just want someone else to give their preference to help me make the decision
-
I dont think my apple watch is as accurate as it only says i burn about 200-300 calories so thats why i assume thats just from walking ?
-
Okay but if u have a fit bit do u log the calories burned as exercise on mfp ??
-
Im sorry but i dont understand anything you just said ?? Should i not log it down as exercise then and just assume those calories are part of my tdee ??
-
When i walk to and from college my apple watch counts steps ect and also tells me calories i burned that day, should i log these calories in exercise on mfp or just leave them as calories part of my tdee ?? As walking to and from isnt like purposful exercise i just have to do it or would this not be part of what i daily…
-
And then i log my exercise seperately when i do it and the calories burned
-
So if i set my goal as maintain weight and my activity level as not very active will it give me my calories that i am burning on a daily basis so my tdee ??
-
Can i still lose weight with higher carbs though? As long as im in a calorie defecit ?
