Go for the cake sandwich.4

Tomorrow, Weetabix. Wednesday, Oats. I suggest adding a little fruit as well. You might try frozen berries, raisins, or Craisins.0

Nothing wrong with some sugar for breakfast (unless it doesn't agree with you personally or you've got a reason to avoid it), but you can always make your own and control the sugar content if that's your preference.1 -

If they fit your calories and macros they're fine.
I don't often eat them as they're not worth the fat and carbs to me.0 -

For weight loss, it's calories. If you have certain macro goals you want to hit for nutrition or satiety, you'll generally want your overall day to fall into those goals. But if you don't have specific goals, then don't worry about it.1 -

Macros are nutrients. Your body needs carbs for energy, protein for muscle building, and fats for brain activity and other things (very, very simple explanation. Each macro does much more than that).
Calories dictate weight loss, because they are the energy. Macros do not dictate weight loss.

Neither. They both sound unappetising. To me. I wouldn't waste that many carbs on either one.
(why are you asking internet strangers to make simple decisions for you?)2 -
Weetabix at least has some taste. oats taste like carboard.1

You need a certain amount of protein and fat in order to be healthy and some people find that certain macronutrient targets help them feel fuller and happier.
But tracking them is optional. If your goal is weight loss, focus on the calories first and then get into the macros later (if you want to).1 -

I don't eat breakfast at breakfast time. My first meal can be anything... Sweet, savoury, "breakfast foods", what you might have for lunch or dinner...anything goes!2 -
On work days I nearly always have 3 weetbix (with skim milk and half teaspoon sugar on top)
Occaisonally, if my husband makes them for me, I have 2 pieces of toast or 2 crumpets instead, usually with jam.
On weekends I have something different - sometimes no breakfast, sometimes, yoghurt, banana - and - shock horror, a cookie
I never have oats or any other cereal.
Also I always have a coffee first thing in morning.
Relevance of my particular preferences and habits to your decision making ?? - probably none2
