What does everyone do during the christmas period? On boxing day and christmas day do people eat lots and forget about their summer body for those days?? Or should i restrict what i eat and still count calories ??

How do youtubers do the 10000 calorie challenge and not effect their physique?!? I feel guilty after eating way over my calories and it messes me up completely so how do they do it and still look amazing ??

Lost control
I didnt eat anything all day, then i had a friend round in the evening and we got a pizza each ( from a takeaway) shared a donna kebab on naan bread and had crisps, cookies , saeets and some chocolate

Eating pizza and getting abs
So tonight i am going to get a pizza from the supermarket. Obviously this pizza is going to be healthier than a takeaway one and i will also chose the healthier options! But will eating this pizza (all of it) ruin my progress and results or is it okay to have a pizza ??

If i set my goal as losing weight does the app automatically give me the number of calories i should eat to be in a defecit , or do i have to take for example 300 calories off those calories to get my defecit. Will eating way over normal calories in one day ruin whole weeks progress?
Yesterday i thought it was going really well with my food. I had oats for breakfast , chicken salad for lunch then omlette for dinner. However after this i had 3 packs of belvita breakfast bars(containing 3 biscuits in each pack-210calories per pack) and at least 3 bowls of museli !! Which will have had tons of carbs in…
