If i set my goal as maintain weight on mfp, is the amount of calories they give me equal to my TDEE? Like is it equal to the calories i already burn in a day without exercise ect...??

Exercise is not included.0

TDEE includes exercise. MFP uses NEAT, which is everything but exercise.0

So if i set my activity level to not very active and goal to maintain weight and t gives me my calories to consume. Then would i put my calories that a butn from exercise i to mfp and then eat the calories back ?? So it doesnt include exercsie so setting it as not very active is right ?? Because i include my exercise when i log it in is this correct?? Because i sit at college all day so obvs wont be brning a lot of calories , but i log my exercise from gym seperately ?0
