How do you know they don't?
How do you know how they eat before and after?
How do you know how much they do to balance the energy intake?
Eating is not something you should feel guilty about unless you stole it. It's just food.2 -

I feel guilty every time i over eat and yesterday i over ate massively!! Not an exaggeration , i just really dont want to gain fat ! Is it true when they say fat gain is from consistently eating a huge amount of calories or will one/two days really mess me up ??

You need to work on a) not attaching negativity and feelings of guilt to food, and b. ) figuring out why you over eat, then putting plans in place to make this happen less.

Well, my thoughts are the same as yours. You have to choose whether you care more about gaining fat, or wanting to eat a load of food because you enjoy it.
OP, I can volume eat like crazy. I joke that if I didn't compete in bodybuilding or care about how I look I'd be a great competitive eater. I don't do that because I'd rather be happy with how I look.

Please can you give me your honest truth . Do you think eating massively over normal calories over 2 days will cause fat gain ?? Or would i have to consistently eat over calories for this to happen ??

look at your weekly total calories to answer that question.
oh and consider getting some help for your disordered thoughts. life is too short to get so hung up on your weight.0 -
Don't worry about what other people do, especially those on YouTube, Instagram, etc. they are presenting a contrived view of what they want people to see, and it is likely not representative of reality.
You really do need to focus on finding a healthy balance - a way to eat the foods you enjoy in moderation without the feelings of guilt and fixation on what outcome it will have on your weight. You may want to seek some guidance from a doctor specializing in eating disorders as what you are describing does not seem like a healthy mindset.0
