Kidney patients have limited protein. generally less then .8 g / kg. That means The rest of the calories come from Fat and Carbs. and because Carbs are a no-go that means increase fat. But Ketosis is also toxic for kidney patients so its about finding a good balance.

increase your calorie intake and lower your carbs for a few days / weeks. Make sure you drink plenty of water. You might either be in starvation mode or in diet fatique.
