My name is Brooke. I have been working on loosing weight for 2yrs now. This app has been such a help. I have loss 122lb so far. I am at a point where I am loosing momentum. Any suggestions on how to get back on track?

    Hi Brooke I'm Eifion, only less than a week at this. I'd say you've done well thus far, quite the accomplishment. Dont give up, keep getting the motivation and desire to reach your goal

    Stay consistent - drink water, track your food, eat more of the good stuff, move a little bit, and love yourself
